What is soft washing?

Soft Washing is a cleaning method that uses a low-pressure washing technique (about the same amount of pressure as a standard garden hose), along with a mixture of algaecides, bleach, surfactants, and water, to safely clean exterior surfaces of organic stains, mildew, and algae. Soft washing is a less aggressive form of cleaning than power washing (uses high-pressure heated water) and pressure washing (uses high-pressure cold water) and is ideal for cleaning delicate surfaces that could be damaged by high water pressure. Soft washing is commonly used to clean Austin stone (limestone), siding and roofs.

Our soft washing solution is biodegradable and safe for the environment and is carefully blended by our soft washing equipment which is located inside our customized trailer.

After our soft washing process, you will notice a dramatic difference in the appearance of your home’s exterior surfaces. We will text or email you side by side before/after pictures of the areas we cleaned before we accept payment.
